For paper check orders that are to be delivered outside of the United states, United States Postal Service international shipping costs must be included with the order. All payments will be held until monies are deposited in our United State account; after funds are deposited, the order will be shipped. For that reason, it is highly recommended that the PayPal option be utilized (see the above link).

Shipping and handling is charged as a flat rate ($8.00 for first book, $6.00 for each addtional book). We will send the books by the USPS delivery method with a cost that is closest to the flat rate.

You may also choose to pay the exact rate for your preferred method of delivery by the US Postal Service. Each book weighs 1.7 pounds (1 pound and 11.2 ounces).
